• Statutory Cooling-Off: In accordance with UK law, standard non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order items are exempt from this 14-day return right and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

• You agree to follow all safety and usage guidelines outlined on our Product Aftercare page and product labels. Dimistria Decor is not liable for damage or injury resulting from product misuse.
• Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance are a hallmark of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

• To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Dimistria Decor's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
