Return Policy for Handmade Wreaths, Scented Candles and Car Air Fresheners

We strive to ensure that all of our products, including handmade wreaths, scented candles and car air fresheners, are to your satisfaction. Here is a brief overview of our return policy.

Return Eligibility

Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
If you decide to return the product, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the arrival of the returned product.  

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our handmade and scented products, we do not accept returns of used or partially used products. 
This also applies to unopened scented candles and car air fresheners.
Please note: 
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for handmade, unique or sale items.
Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges due to natural wear and tear of materials.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email contact@dimistriadecor.co.uk. Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns, unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for returns.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for another product, please initiate the return of the original product and place a new order for the desired product. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product.

In case of an exchange for another product, the return must be initiated within 48 hours of the product being delivered. The product must be returned in pristine, unused and original packaging in a resalable condition.

Note

Please contact us within 6 hours of your order if you change your mind about it for any reason so that we can handle the cancellation in a timely manner.
