Thank you for choosing Dimistria Decor. Since all our products are handmade with love and some are made to your individual requirements, please review our delivery times carefully.

1. Processing and preparation time (custom orders)

Custom orders; (wreaths) Please allow 5 business days for your products to be handmade, and personalised before shipping.

Ready-to-ship products: If a product is not custom, it will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. We have in stock; Candles, car-diffusers please check in the website, custom product refers to the wreath.

Combined orders: If you order custom products together with ready-to-ship products, the entire order will be shipped together within the 5-day custom processing time.

2. Delivery times (after dispatch)

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard delivery to the UK: 2-4 working days (e.g. Royal Mail 2nd class delivery).

Express delivery to the UK: 1-2 working days (e.g. Royal Mail 1st class/tracked 24-hour delivery).

International delivery: Usually 5-10 working days, but may take longer depending on customs clearance

3. Delivery charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the handmade items (wreaths range in size from 25 cm to 60 cm and vary in weight, while candles and car-diffusers are lighter).

4. Custom and Personalised Product Policy

Returns/Exchanges Excluded: As each custom wreath is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Accuracy Check: Please check spelling, colors, and fragrance selection before placing your order.

5. Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

6. International duties and obligations

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
